Well, well, well, just like that it’s 2022! I’ve had a busy ol’ Christmas period but your favourite Town Crier has brought you a new series of blog posts for the New Year – you could say I’m back by popular demand! I’m confident that this year is going to be busier than ever, so strap in for the ride…

Camden Market

I’m pleased to announce I’m back in Camden Market for three days per week. Yes, I’ve retained my pre-pandemic slots and, for half of the week, you can now find me at the largest international and most diverse food court in the world. Come and say hi and grab a selfie, or hit me up with your favourite foodie recommendations. I can’t tell you how exciting it is to be back in the city of London, where I plan to spend a lot more time over the coming year!

Being optimistic!

Talking of pre-pandemic hours, I’m working harder than ever before, but I’m feeling happy and optimistic about the road ahead. Yes, after years or lockdowns, social distancing and even a bout of Covid, I’ve bounced back and am loving life like never before. I worked hard over the festive period which is always one of my busiest times. Anyone who’s seen my Deluxe Father Christmas will know that I treat it as a proper theatrical performance – it’s a serious business and not something I take lightly. And that’s the attitude I’m bringing to all my work this year…

 Talking of Christmas…

Well, I’ve mentioned it once or twice already, and I can’t come back with a ‘bang’ in January without giving you the details of my Christmas schedule! As you can imagine, I was extremely busy. I was hired by one of London’s top-notch high-end stores which was so very exciting. It was great to be recognised as a true professional and I was honoured to carry out this engagement. While I must keep the name of this very store under my hat, you might remember that I’ve previously worked with the likes of Cartier and Ely’s.

I was also honoured to be invited back to my second home, Hitchin in Hertfordshire, to switch on the Christmas lights, which was a most joyous occasion. I must say, there’s something so magical about a Christmas lights switch on and it really does give you a sense of joy. I also appeared in Gloucester’s Eastgate and Kings Walk Shopping Centres throughout December too.
